A top-tier international Web3 aggregator of crypto exchanges seeks a Team Lead to manage dev team, design scalable architecture, and oversee high-load backend and frontend services with Node.js, React, and Web3 integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full dev team and coordinate with the product/business side.
  • Design FE/BE architecture and make key technical decisions.
  • Develop and scale high-load services using Node.js and NestJS.
  • Optimize frontend performance (React + MobX).
  • Integrate new exchanges, Web3 providers, and external APIs.
  • Manage DB optimization (PostgreSQL, Redis) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and define the tech roadmap.

Requirements

  • 4–5+ years of experience in web development (Full-stack or Strong BE + Solid FE).
  • Mastery of Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS.
  • Proven experience in team leadership and building dev processes.
  • Strong React expertise (architecture, state management, rendering optimization).
  • Expertise in PostgreSQL (query optimization) and high-load systems.
  • Experience with DevOps (CI/CD, monitoring, logging).
  • Location: Global Remote (excluding RF and RB).
  • Plus: Direct experience in Web3 or crypto integrations.
