Seeking a Web3 Developer to design, develop, and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) and blockchain-based solutions with expertise in smart contracts and decentralized systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy decentralized applications (dApps) on blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Near Protocol, Binance Smart Chain, Polkadot, etc.).
- Design and implement smart contracts using Solidity or other smart contract languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Ensure the security and performance of decentralized solutions.
- Research and implement decentralized technologies like distributed ledgers, cross-chain protocols, and DeFi solutions.
- Contribute to the architecture and development of scalable decentralized platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest blockchain trends, Layer 2 (L2) solutions, and cross-chain protocols.
- Troubleshoot and debug any blockchain or decentralized application issues.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with Solidity and smart contract development.
- 3+ years of experience with backend/client-side development.
- Deep understanding of smart contract best practices and current industry patterns.
- Experience with DeFi protocols and decentralized storage solutions (e.g., AMM, Vaults, Farms, Crosschain Messages).
- Experience with cross-chain protocols and L2 scaling solutions (e.g., Optimistic Rollups, zk-Rollups).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Rust, JS
- Familiarity with cryptography and security principles in blockchain.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of cross-chain interoperability solutions and technologies (e.g., bridges, atomic swaps).
- Experience with zero-knowledge technology.
- Contributions to open-source crypto projects.
Other
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
