Senior Media Sales Manager role in the iGaming sector focusing on media sales, brand awareness campaigns, and client relationship management, offered as a remote full-time position with a potential leadership opportunity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in media sales / digital advertising - preferably in iGaming, betting, media or digital marketing
  • Deep understanding of advertising models, sponsorship sales, and pricing strategies in the igaming media sector
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English (C1 level or higher) for business communication, fluent Russian
  • Proficiency in sales techniques (consultative selling, value-based selling, objection handling)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Sell advertising services, including brand awareness campaigns, social media sponsorships, and media placements across our platforms
  • Develop and optimize pricing models to create attractive and profitable offers for advertisers
  • Prepare advertising materials, presentations, and sales proposals tailored to client needs
  • Expand and manage client relationships, establishing long-term partnerships with key market players
  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, marketing, production), consult them to ensure that advertising products and placements are optimized from a sales perspective
  • Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and propose new monetization strategies
  • Provide comprehensive reporting at all sales stages, tracking performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and revenue impact to ensure transparency and data-driven decision-making
