Live Streaming Host for BJAK TikTok Shop to present insurance and financial services engagingly on TikTok Live.
Requirements
- Confident and comfortable speaking on camera
- Able to explain information clearly and naturally
- Fun, energetic, talkative, and good at maintaining momentum during live
- Strong improvisation skills — can fill gaps and handle unexpected moments
- Familiar with TikTok culture, trends, and audience behavior
- Enjoy fast-paced, campaign-driven environments
- Able to work in shifts (no midnight shift)
- 1–3 years of livestream hosting or public-facing communication experience
- Strong presentation, communication, and customer engagement skills
- Familiar with TikTok Live tools, features, and best practices
- Able to multitask and handle pressure during live sessions
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Communications, Marketing, Broadcasting, or related field (preferred)

- Host daily TikTok Live sessions for BJAK TikTok Shop
- Present BJAK products (insurance & financial services) in a way that’s easy to understand and engaging
- Interact with viewers in real-time: respond to comments, answer questions, and build strong engagement
- Guide audiences to explore and purchase BJAK products directly during the live session
- Keep the live atmosphere fun, lively, positive, and high-energy
- Run interactive elements like Q&A, live offers, giveaways, and audience challenges
- Work with the Marketing team to refine scripts, talking points, and live strategies
- Review livestream results and share insights to boost viewership and conversions
