- You'll join small teams solving real problems.
- Recent work has included: AI-native products built from 0→1; Agent architectures and orchestration systems; Enterprise AI deployments; Retrieval, evaluation, and reliability infrastructure; LLM-powered workflows and products; Machine learning platforms operating at scale.
- You'll work directly with founders, CTOs, and product leaders, helping shape both technical direction and execution.
Responsibilities
- Join small teams to solve real, production problems, not demos or proof-of-concepts that never ship.
- Work on AI-native products, agent architectures, enterprise AI deployments, retrieval and reliability infrastructure, LLM-powered workflows, and machine learning platforms at scale.
- Collaborate directly with founders, CTOs, and product leaders to influence technical direction and execution.
Requirements
- Experience deploying AI systems into production.
- Demonstrated track record of building and shipping AI systems.
- Able to understand technical tradeoffs behind AI hype and translate complexity into business value.
- Senior level experience (not suitable for early-career engineers or small gig seekers).
- Not focused on simple AI wrappers or templated implementations.
Conditions
- Typical rates: $120-$170/hr.
- Remote work format.
- You keep 100% of your rate.
