Responsibilities

  • Conceptualise scripts based on current production needs centered around existing AI characters (own IPs).
  • Create narrative-driven, longform video content including stylized and explicit NSFW visuals, focusing on storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence.
  • Own and manage end-to-end AI video production workflows from ideation, prompting, generation, editing, to post-production.
  • Use tools such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse and other AI video platforms to produce high-quality visuals.
  • Develop and maintain consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity across longer narratives using advanced techniques.
  • Integrate motion graphic design and colour correction for cohesive final outputs.
  • Experiment rapidly with new AI models, tools, and techniques, incorporating them into workflows and sharing skills with the team.
  • Align with Content Lead's creative direction with high autonomy in execution and technical decisions.
  • Continuously refine workflows for efficiency, scalability, and quality.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years experience in video production, VFX, or digital art, with a strong portfolio including AI-driven video work.
  • Hands-on experience with latest AI video tools and models (e.g., Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse).
  • Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, post-processing.
  • Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar tools for final assembly and polish.
  • Strong knowledge of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language.
  • Ability to maintain character and scene consistency in AI-generated content.
  • Fluent English communication and collaboration skills.
  • High ownership to take ideas from concept to completion independently.
  • Experimental mindset and able to navigate ambiguity and evolving tools.
  • Fast iteration cycles to test, fail, refine and improve quickly.
  • Curious, self-driven, open to feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable working with uncensored models and explicit adult content.

Nice to have

  • Experience in AI-native storytelling or filmmaking.
  • Background in 3D, VFX, technical art or as a colourist.
  • Familiarity with training/customizing models (LoRAs, embeddings, fine-tuning).
  • Experience in adult, dating, or adjacent creative industries is a huge bonus.
  • Experience with ComfyUI.
  • Experience with Stable Diffusion / AUTOMATIC1111 and related tooling (advanced prompting, LoRA usage, refining, upscaling, inpainting).
