In this role, coordinate and provide professional marketing and advertising support to franchisees regionally, acting as liaison between marketing, customers, vendors, and franchisees to support campaign execution and marketing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and provide professional marketing and advertising support to assigned franchisees within a specific region.
  • Operate in a liaison role between marketing, customers, operators, vendors and franchisees.
  • Complete projects independently and exercise appropriate authority and discretion.
  • Support brand marketing team and franchisees in campaign development and execution, including print, digital menu boards, local store marketing, in-store/on-site support, new product testing, vendor licensing, budgets, purchase orders and invoicing.
  • Provide regional marketing campaign support including coordination, execution, and communication through development of creative services promotional catalog.
  • Develop standard and/or customized point of purchase (POP) materials to ensure product variety and affordable pricing.
  • Work with marketing leadership to develop and execute campaign communications such as regional marketing creative solutions, intranet postings, crew communication, and FAQs.
  • Provide franchisees guidance on optional campaign support materials and custom request process.
  • Establish high quality, low cost providers and develop dependable vendor relationships.
  • Manage and maintain relationships to achieve cost-saving efficiencies with distribution centers for delivery of marketing materials.
  • Collect and complete vendor reports and assist in development of executive summaries for annual planning and national presentations.
  • Analyze data and provide reports to management.
  • Coordinate and monitor campaign expenses, purchase orders, and invoicing.
  • Keep marketing leadership informed of project status and disseminate information to department/project leaders.
  • Assist with coordination and execution of cross promotions and crew incentive programs from ideation to evaluation.
  • Administer digital content and user groups for all digital menu boards for campaign rollouts, menu changes, new store openings, test markets, and custom requests.
  • Review and execute all incoming requests from stores regarding product and price changes.
  • Keep marketing management updated on project status, issues, and cost reduction opportunities.
  • Manage branded marketing product quality control by implementing vendor licensing and compliance plans.
  • Coordinate annual vendor business reviews to establish improvement and cost-saving strategies.
  • Manage internal and external marketing issue resolution with operators, vendors, colleagues, and consumers as needed.
  • Support marketing and cross-functional teams on special projects and research new tools and resources for regional launches.
  • Coordinate and monitor marketing program budget expenses including tracking and reporting monthly billing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in field marketing.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Sound judgment and decision making ability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated proofing skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to apply creatively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong analytical skills to compile, analyze, summarize and present data for management review.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in Spanish and professional proficiency in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting QSR, restaurant, or multi-unit food brands within major third-party delivery companies.
  • Exposure to digital innovation programs, pilots, or test-and-learn environments.

Conditions

  • Home office based.
  • Ability to travel when required following company travel policy.
  • Occasional work outside normal hours.
