The Account Coordinator at Acast is responsible for shaping media strategies in collaboration with Account Managers, managing podcast brand approvals and sponsorships, planning advertiser materials, processing insertion orders, and ensuring successful campaign delivery in a fully remote role based in Midwest/East USA.

Responsibilities

  • Shaping media strategies in collaboration with Account Managers.
  • Liaising with podcasters on brand approvals and sponsorship reads.
  • Planning materials for advertisers.
  • Processing insertion orders and campaign assets.
  • Ensuring the delivery and success of campaigns.
  • Assisting Account Managers and Directors in developing media solutions with attention to detail and confidence in Excel and Google Suite.
  • Working closely with content, ad operations, and finance to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
  • Adding campaign data to NetSuite and other CRM systems.
  • Managing and monetizing podcaster inventory with Acast's podcasters.
  • Compiling post-campaign reporting and insights to drive renewals.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years podcast/media industry experience or relevant college degree.
  • Enthusiastic with a passion for podcasts, brand storytelling, and advertising.
  • Highly productive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic.
  • Willing to collaborate across markets to achieve collective goals.
  • Able to work independently and be a self-starter.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passionate about entering and learning the media sales industry.

Conditions

  • Salary range: $55,000-$65,000 per year plus bonus.
  • Most teams are hybrid with some office co-location and some remote.
  • This role is fully remote, based in Midwest/East USA.
  • Remote-first work style enabling productivity regardless of location.
