About the product
- Our platform offers exploit intelligence, asset correlation, and contextual insights for cybersecurity teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and own the full employee lifecycle experience — from onboarding playbook and I-9 compliance to exit interviews and jurisdiction-specific offboarding requirements.
- Stand up benefits administration across US, UK, and Singapore.
- Build a multi-jurisdiction compliance calendar and support EOR-to-direct employment transitions.
- Build and administer review scheduling, calibration logistics, and template infrastructure for performance cycles.
- Ensure performance data flows into HRIS to inform compensation planning.
- Establish reporting on new hire feedback, exit themes, and attrition data to provide actionable insights for leadership.
- Lead the global HRIS implementation in partnership with the Director of Talent.
- Be the connective tissue between People strategy and day-to-day execution.
Requirements
- 3+ years in People Operations, HR, Recruiting Operations, Benefits Coordinator or related role, ideally within a startup or fast-growing environment.
- Hands-on experience with modern people tools.
- Self-starter mentality with ability to prioritize projects.
- Experience managing HR compliance across multiple jurisdictions or countries.
- Strong process orientation — build, document, and maintain systems over time.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Roll up your sleeves attitude with drive to close operational gaps.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting remote and globally distributed teams by building scalable programs promoting connection, engagement, and exceptional employee experience.
- Interest or experience in utilizing AI to automate, optimize, and shape future People Operations.
