About the product

  • Our platform offers exploit intelligence, asset correlation, and contextual insights for cybersecurity teams.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the full employee lifecycle experience — from onboarding playbook and I-9 compliance to exit interviews and jurisdiction-specific offboarding requirements.
  • Stand up benefits administration across US, UK, and Singapore.
  • Build a multi-jurisdiction compliance calendar and support EOR-to-direct employment transitions.
  • Build and administer review scheduling, calibration logistics, and template infrastructure for performance cycles.
  • Ensure performance data flows into HRIS to inform compensation planning.
  • Establish reporting on new hire feedback, exit themes, and attrition data to provide actionable insights for leadership.
  • Lead the global HRIS implementation in partnership with the Director of Talent.
  • Be the connective tissue between People strategy and day-to-day execution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in People Operations, HR, Recruiting Operations, Benefits Coordinator or related role, ideally within a startup or fast-growing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with modern people tools.
  • Self-starter mentality with ability to prioritize projects.
  • Experience managing HR compliance across multiple jurisdictions or countries.
  • Strong process orientation — build, document, and maintain systems over time.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Roll up your sleeves attitude with drive to close operational gaps.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting remote and globally distributed teams by building scalable programs promoting connection, engagement, and exceptional employee experience.
  • Interest or experience in utilizing AI to automate, optimize, and shape future People Operations.
