Growth Specialist role to support user acquisition, analyze performance, and scale mobile games.
Responsibilities
- Support the launch and monitoring of user acquisition campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok etc.)
- Contribute creative ideas for ads, messaging, and new channels
- Analyze performance data to identify insights and trends
- Assist with budget planning and predictive modeling inputs
- Collaborate with product and game teams to align marketing with live ops and releases
- Work with creatives to test and iterate on ad concepts
- Stay up to date with trends in growth marketing and mobile gaming
Requirements
- New grad with a bachelor's degree (or in your final year)
- Strong interest in mobile games and growth marketing
- Analytical mindset with curiosity for working with data
- Creative thinking and willingness to experiment
- Clear communication and collaborative attitude
- Comfortable sharing ideas and insights with different teams
- Eagerness to learn, iterate, and grow in a fast-paced environment
