Responsibilities
- Regularly invited to impactful missions that match your interests, from early-stage incubations to fast-growing companies and incumbent non-tech companies.
- Build an ambitious piece of software from 0 to 1 as part of a small 3-4 person team.
- Paid to scope projects, provide client options, guide strategy, and execute selected solutions.
- Work collaboratively to find the right direction when client vision is unclear.
- Say "no" to projects that do not excite you, with full autonomy and easy option to leave or pause.
Requirements
- Located in the Americas, Europe, or Israel to apply.
- Senior software developer with 4+ years experience.
- Left large companies and high-growth startups to pursue craft with autonomy.
- Prefer consistent contract work over full-time role.
- Able to create a variety of new products alongside other top-tier builders.
- Not for those looking for small gigs or building simple website templates like WordPress/Wix/Squarespace.
- Not suitable for early-career (<4 years) or recent university/bootcamp graduates.
