Responsibilities
- Conduct focused outbound campaigns (Monday – Friday) targeting business owners and C-suite executives.
- Manage high-ticket financial sales cycles from initial contact to close, maintaining an authoritative and consultative approach.
- Recruit, train, and scale your own regional team "Pod" upon consistent success, earning direct overrides on every transaction your team closes.
Requirements
- Professional business English, flawless, authoritative, and persuasive communication skills.
- Elite work ethic with high daily energy and resilience facing objections.
- Excellent performance in high-volume outbound dialing environments.
- Proven experience in high-ticket closing, B2B sales, or financial services is highly preferred.
