- Monitor service performance, resolve escalations, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
- Optimise resource allocation, scheduling, and vendor usage to maintain efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with aviation, maritime, ground transport, and safety regulations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of operational management experience, ideally in aviation, luxury travel, or transportation.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-end client service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
